HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR TABLEWARE

Our tableware is made from stoneware in a small manufactory in Portugal. Each product is unique and carries the story of its handcrafted origin.

Care Instructions

• Dishwasher-safe
• Microwave- and oven-safe up to 220 °C
• Do not expose to open flames or sudden temperature changes – this can cause stress cracks
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or scouring pads – they can damage the glaze

Good to know

• Handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces – slight irregularities or variations in color are not flaws but part of the production process
• Grey streaks are metal abrasion from cutlery, not scratches
• Removing metal marks:
 ◦ Use gentle cleaners like glass-ceramic cleaner, baking soda paste, or “Zielinsky Universal-Stein”
 ◦ Gently rub the affected area with a soft sponge or microfiber cloth
 ◦ Rinse thoroughly with water – the tableware will look like new again
