HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR TABLEWARE

Our tableware is made from stoneware in a small manufactory in Portugal. Every piece is one of a kind and carries the story of how it was handcrafted.

Care Instructions

• Dishwasher safe
• Microwave and oven safe up to 220 °C
• Avoid direct contact with open flames and sudden changes in temperature, as these can cause stress cracks
• Do not use harsh cleaning agents or abrasive sponges, as they can damage the glaze

Good to know

• Each piece is handmade, so slight irregularities or variations in colour are not defects. They are part of the making process
• Grey streaks are metal marks left by cutlery, not scratches
• Removing metal marks:
  • Use a gentle cleaner such as ceramic hob cleaner, baking soda paste or a mild cleaning stone
  • Rub the affected area gently with a soft sponge or microfibre cloth
  • Then rinse thoroughly with water. In many cases, this will visibly reduce the marks
