RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Translation of the German version of the right of withdrawal. This English version is for informational purposes only. In case of legal doubt, the German version prevails.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, L/DB STUDIO GmbH, Lichtstr. 24, 50825 Cologne, Germany, e-mail: mood@withinmood.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we have received and inspected the returned goods. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Returns:

You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. In case of a return, the return costs are on the side of the buyer. With this we would like to raise awareness for delivery ways and thus minimize the return ways.

2. packing and condition of the goods

Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packing materials you received from us. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that are returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.

3. franking of the return

Please make sure that your return is sufficiently stamped. For packages returned freight collect or with insufficient postage, the applicable penalty fee of €15 will be deducted from the return credit.

In addition, we advise you to use insured shipping. On the one hand, you can track your return. On the other hand, your shipment is insured by your shipping company in case of loss.

After your return has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 business days of the confirmation email being sent, via the payment method you used to make your purchase.
