Delivery times:

Germany & Austria: 2-3 business days.

All other countries: 5-8 business days. 

 

Import to third countries

 

When shipping to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), custom duties can accure, and have to be handled by the recipient. Please inform yourself about this at the responsible customs authority. Additional customs fees are not included in our shipping costs. Please note that customs fees are per package and not per order. We try to pack the packages as efficiently as possible. However, due to weight restrictions per package, larger orders must be split into multiple packages.

 

Returns:

 

You can return unused products to us within 14 days. In the case of a return, shipping costs have to be covered by the buyer. In this way we want to raise awareness of delivery methods and thus minimize the number of returns.

 

If you want to return your order to us, please note the following points:

 

1. Print the return form

 

You can find the return form here. Fill it out and enclose it with your return so that we can assign your shipment to you later.

2. Packing and condition of the goods

 

Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packaging materials you received from us. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that come back to us broken or used cannot be refunded.

 

3. Franking of the return

 

Please make sure that your return shipment has sufficient postage. In the case of packages returned due to insufficient postage, DHL will charge a penalty fee of €15 which will be forwared to the buyer.  

 

In addition, we advise you to use insured shipping. With this, you can track your return as well as being insured by your shipping service provider in case of loss.

After your return has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Afterwards you will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 business days of the confirmation email being sent, via the payment method you used to make your purchase.
