BASED IN COLOGNE
THE JOB:
You’ll primarily be responsible for responding to incoming customer emails – always with quick, friendly, and professional solutions. No one will know our customers’ feedback and needs better than you! With your insights, we want to shape and improve future strategies for both customer service and product development.
ABOUT YOU:
Ideally, you’ve already gained some experience in customer service. You’re a strong communicator, highly service-oriented, and flexible with your time. Fluent German and English skills are a must. You’re currently enrolled in university and based in Cologne.
