Designed for daily use, our water carafe combines functional design with puristic aesthetics. The carafe holds 1.2 liters and is mouth-blown and handcrafted. The design is reduced to the essentials: clear lines, a geometric shape, and a matching glass lid that closes securely. The robust borosilicate glass withstands various temperatures, making the carafe suitable for both cold beverages and hot tea. Its minimalist form makes the water carafe a timeless everyday companion that fits into any interior.
Mouth-blown from robust glass
For our water carafe, we chose borosilicate glass. The glass is thinner and lighter than conventional glass, yet surprisingly robust. It is also used in laboratories for test tubes that must withstand harsh substances and temperatures. You can safely pour boiling water into it and be sure that it will not absorb any odors or flavors, even if you serve fruit tea or lemonade in it. Each carafe is mouth-blown and handcrafted. This means that no two pieces are exactly alike. Small variations in wall thickness or contour are not defects, but proof of genuine craftsmanship.

When we designed our glass carafe, it was clear to us: we wanted a design that is timeless and endures through the years. Trends may come and go, but the puristic shape will never go out of style. It was also important to us that the carafe is as easy to care for as possible, so that it can be used again and again.
