The pressed wood fiber of the Cooking Spoon is BPA-free, heat-resistant up to 160 °C, and also antibacterial and mold-resistant. Unlike classic wood, the material hardly absorbs moisture or odors, does not warp, and remains dimensionally stable. At the same time, the Cooking Spoon is gentle on pots and pans, even on coated surfaces.
