Wide Cup

Inspired by the demitasse, the handleless espresso cup, the Wide Cup features a minimalist design. Timeless and simple, it blends effortlessly with any tableware set. Measuring 9.2 centimeters in diameter and holding 230 milliliters, it offers more room for milk foam than a classic coffee cup. It is often used for cappuccino. The wide cup is handcrafted from high-quality stoneware in a small workshop in Portugal. Its minimalist shape invites you to cradle it in both hands. The premium ceramic retains heat optimally.

Stoneware with unique character

The cup has a matte, pleasantly tactile surface with the subtle texture that only handcrafting can create. Small irregularities are normal and part of its character, not accidental. Made from stoneware, an exceptionally durable ceramic, the Wide Cups are long-lasting and microwave- and oven-safe up to 220 °C.

More than just a coffee cup

The wide cup is designed for cappuccino and matcha, but can do more:

• For cappuccino: enough room for milk foam and latte art
• For matcha: a wide base for whisking with a bamboo whisk
• For tapas: olives, nuts, or small dips
• As a breakfast side: yogurt, muesli, or fruit for one
